Our founder, Ken, spent over a decade working for large HVAC contractors. He was proud of his technical skill but frustrated by rushed jobs, hidden fees, and customers treated like invoice numbers. Ken decided to take the chance to do things differently. Optimal Air HVAC was born out of a single service truck, his personal garage, and a stubborn belief that comfort should never be unreliable.

Those first months Ken handled everything himself—his commitment to his customer’s became our company’s foundation.
